The eBooks, which are being sold via www.ciando.com are licensed for personal use only. Which means that only the person, who orders the eBook, can download it. In the following you will find information on how to buy eBooks on account and on how to buy multiple user licenses.

eBooks on account

You want to open an account under ciando.com, via which you or your colleagues can purchase eBooks on account?

We are pleased to open account for ordering and purchasing eBooks on account for you. Please note, that this alternative only provides single user license.

Please find the simple steps for purchasing eBooks on account in the following:

Step 1:

Please contact us via eMail or phone and tell us which eBooks you would like to purchase. Please also provide us your contact details.

Step 2:

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an E-Mail with your login information. The eBooks you have ordered will be provided in the ciando account and are ready for downloading. You or your colleagues can then download the titles.

Step 3:

We will send you an invoice for the purchased titles. If you wish to order further eBooks, please contact us via eMail or phone and give us your account details for your ciando account.

Multiple user licenses

You want to purchase multiple user licenses for your company/institution?

ciando offers multiple user licenses for companies or other closed usage scenarios, which can for example be access within the company’s intranet. Please find the simple steps for buying multiple user licenses in the following:

Step 1:

You indicate the titles you want to order by searching the ciando eBook shop.

Step 2:

Please then contact us via eMail or phone and give us the titles, the number of licenses you want to order and the number of full time equivalents that will have access to the eBooks.

Step 3:

We will provide you a quote. Please note that this will take some work days, as we have to contact the publishers in order to get information on the conditions.
