FIELDBOOK GUIDE TO ICB ENGLISH VERSION 1.0

Using a case study, the Fieldbook presents the rationale, objectives and actual application of project management throughout the project life cycle from project initiation to project completion.
The material presented can be used in various ways during trainings or self-studying project management. Trainers can construct a whole training section by using the Fieldbook as narrative guideline. It can also provide support preparing group work for special training units with project management content.
Trainees can use it as self-guided learning material by studying concrete examples in order to prepare for certification exams or recall the acquired knowledge during training modules.

For each project management phase, the reader finds a scenario, the objectives and the desired final outcomes presented and exemplified through the elaboration of the case study.
At the same time, direct links to ICB competences, based on the IPMA competence baseline 3.0, are provided to allow for further study of the theoretical background.

In realizing this, International Project Management Association (IPMA)  successfully cooperates with its national member association GPM German Project Management Association.
