HEARING VOICES

1. Voices in the head are just a delusional state of mind. The lowest sound you should be

hearing is Tinnitus. The main artery that passes through the left to the inner right hand ear

causes this. Tinnitus should be heard as a high-pitched noise.

Your hearing may be at this lower sound pitch. At this level thought and the trauma of voices

exist in the inner ear/s.

The first route out of mental health illnesses - or any brain disorder - is to call it just that a,

“Brain disorder” and not a disease. A disease is infectious. Tuning into lower sounds and or

not denying your own are the first stage to regaining Ones own sanity.

SECTION 2

If you have awareness of the subconscious world of voices - whether your own or others -

then it is still not too late to forget by using a building of denial theories. Basically it is the use

of self-programming words and unconscious body actions - to bring yourself back to a

conscious state of mind. It is also about your breathing pattern and what level you raise and

lower your voice or wordless breath to. The whispered word belongs to your subconscious

and a raised voice is part of your consciousness. Breathing in and out is also a factor with

these two techniques. This being where loud breath can block bothersome sounds and

voices. As you progress through your illness and this book, you will start to learn the

difference between the states that control your subconscious and consciousness.

Study the verbal communication mentioned in this book and you will find that you can and

will then return to the conscious state that rational talking and listening people exist in.

Instead of sublime interaction of voices that exist in lower sound levels. These lower sounds

are something this book will train you to hear – as it did me. Nowadays they are a part of my

subconscious and so voices of unconsciousness go unheard. Except those of normal

narration. Face-to-face is the key that must now be realized.

Two forms of our state of mind are unconscious and conscious movement. Loads of bodily

motions are explained herein. And as you move up the ladder of life you will no doubt learn

more about these skills. I will stress, “Try to keep what is your movement as unconscious

actions for a more stable state in your consciousness”. This is achieved by using two or

more movements. If you make an action that you feel you are going to cause trauma, then

make a movement that counteracts it. This section will be your Cycle of Enquiry throughout

this book.

Make a movement that is erratic and slowly bring the action down to calmness to relieve

yours or other people’s unconsciousness. If in doubt then there are four options:

1. A dance floor.

2. A gymnasium.

3. Yoga.

4. Either three used indoors.

By using these methods you will be able to work out all unconscious body actions needed

within you. The basics of these three are explained herein.

SECTION 3

The main circle of your life functions run in approximately 7-11 year cycles, but blood is 7

days. Knowing how often your body regenerates itself can give you an insight into when you

are most likely to become ill. Look back at your life for an insight.

Once you have an idea of your life cycle you will then be able to tell when your low periods

will take place. You could then liaise with your doctor. And if you follow your life signs, you

will then be able to talk about particular ailments that are or could be affecting yourself in

personality. This could stop the illness from emerging in the first place. Some people’s

reaction to a physical illness is to become mentally unwell.

By using these books theories you will also be at a stronger stage, when these weak cycles

appear. So like myself, you may find any mental illness that you have - completely

evaporates. Mistakes are a personal answer to the curing of a mental illness, if physical

illness is perceived in a mental state. Something as simple as scuffing your feet or a slight

stumble when you walk can help alleviate symptoms of sublime noises and words. Many

techniques like this will be mentioned as you progress through the book. These ideals are an

enactment of placebos that cause denial of sublime narration of trauma. A placebo is like a

conscious act keeps you happy and stable via the consciousness.

It is a build-up of simple ideas like loud coughing for example, which warn you that you are

slipping into an irrational state of mind of subconscious reasoning. Stop reading now and try

it when trauma starts to occur and then carry on reading.

SECTION 4

The brain works like a clock. This means that taking drugs; firstly destroys your adult brain

and slowly eats away at it until your mind is reduced to a baby’s type brain. So the further

you go back the stronger the drug you will need. Food works like a drug on a child’s brain -

just ask a parent about their children on fizzy drinks. In other words your body is used to the

food buzz, so you have to take something stronger to get that childhood high. What I will say

of drugs is that if you awaken needing a joint then problems will start to occur. Much like the

alcoholic.

SECTION 5

The use of wording when dealing with someone who is developing symptoms of a mental

illnesses - are all-important. Using words in similarity to Psychosis and Schizophrenia -

especially when medication is being used - may cause the onset of the illness.

SECTION 6

When suffering from a mental illness, the trick is to store the words that you are told and let

the medication take its course. If you remember words that are of social disorder then your

Psychiatrist, Psychologist or Consultant - with your help - can talk you through whatever

those words were. At times of distress turn your hearing to your Tinnitus a (ringing in the ear)

and keep it as a constant blank high-pitched noise. Or using a loud breath as well. A loud

breath can also cause the cancellation of conscious Tinnitus as well. You will eventually

learn to hear normal sounds, whilst still hearing this Tinnitus as background noise in some

cases. If you do not hear your Tinnitus then just imagine that you have a constant and

steady blank noise within your ear created via breath.

SECTION 7

When suffering from Tinnitus you must learn to talk to yourself through you own, “White

noise”. They are not brain waves, as a mystic or control freak would think, but simply a

person who has become aware of their own body thought processes. This noise can be

helpful, as it can be used for self- analysis of your body. It can also be used to clear your

body and mind of thought. Hearing it as a constant blank noise can do this. If your body and

mind are at peace, then the Tinnitus will fade to the background or completely. This Tinnitus

interaction with the voice box in the throat is where Psychosis and Schizophrenia can also

exist. In the norm it is just idle thoughts. But you – as a mental health client are causing

yourself a trauma of voices via paranoia. This Paranoid Schizophrenia and Psychosis is an

unjust reasoning of societal hierarchy scales. Drug dealers have bravado, but many of you

will be lacking body skills. Part 2 of this book will teach you many body language skills to

keep you streetwise.

I spent my whole life without the affliction of Tinnitus until; in one group meeting a man

suffered from Tinnitus and constantly spoke about this. Then after those group meetings I

found that I started to suffer from this illness. It has slowly faded due to no words being used

within the Tinnitus against people. I can still hear it in the background sometimes, but that

does not stop me from hearing, what is a normally held conversation.

This is a classic example of wording that can affect you in the mental health system. But

also, how paranoia of voices builds within your depleted body language.

Tinnitus and breath can also be made useful if something is bothering you. If you feel that

mind games (more about that later) are being played against you, it is usually someone

using your inner ear against yourself. It may also be someone using subliminal speech

against you as well. There are also external lower sounds that you may be using for thought

processes, more later.

Subliminal hearing meaning, “The whispered and or subconscious word or sound”. It will

also enable you to block out this type of illness and any unconscious programming.

SECTION 8

A person with Psychosis or Schizophrenia - due to drugs - would not see an improvement by

using anti-psychotics as their brain cells will have been already destroyed. So this leaving no

cells, for these types of medication to get to work with. Some people do not respond well to

chemicals. This is why a brain...
